If you've just paid but the extension still shows you as a free user, a quick refresh fixes it almost every time.

## The 10-second fix

1. Click the Pretty Prompt extension icon in your toolbar.
2. **Sign out**.
3. **Sign back in** with the same email you used to pay.

Your Pro badge should appear immediately.

## Still stuck?

If the badge still doesn't show up:

- Double-check the email on your receipt matches the email you're signed in with. (Google sign-in can sometimes differ from the email used at checkout.)
- Clear the extension's cache: open `chrome://extensions`, click **Details** on Pretty Prompt, then **Clear storage**, then sign in again.
- Reinstall from the [Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/prettyprompt/opjebobgkipcdimgofkboimilnchghpd).
